Johnathan James has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Pricing Specialist for Old Navy. In 2016, they became a Professional Makeup Artist and a Lancôme Counter Manager for Ulta Beauty. In 2018, they took on the role of Market Trainer for Lancôme, followed by a Market Trainer role for ILIA Beauty in 2019. In 2020, they held freelance roles as an Account Coordinator for Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare and a Freelance Stylist for Drybar. In 2021, they were a Sales and Education Specialist YSL and Giorgio Armani (interim) for L'Oréal, and they are currently a Sales and Education Coordinator-Boston for Farmacy Beauty.
