Katy Shutt has worked in the beauty industry since 2010. Katy began their career at Laura Mercier as a Market Coordinator in 2010. In 2013, they took on a role as a Temporary Sales Trainer at Bare Escentuals. Katy was then promoted to Sephora Sales Trainer at the same company in 2014. In 2016, they moved to Drybar as an Account Executive and then to Farmacy Beauty in 2017 as the Regional Education Manager, where they currently work.
