Keshav Yadav

Keshav Yadav has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Student Counselor at Lovely Professional University, where they assisted in the recruiting process and handled data processing.

In 2018, Keshav took on internships at both Decathlon Sports India and OYO. At Decathlon Sports India, they worked as a Sport Leader, handling customer queries, customer interaction, and layout management. At OYO, they worked as an Event planner at MICE, where they handled client queries, interacted with clients, helped them plan their events, and generated leads.

From 2019 to 2021, Keshav worked at MedTrail as a Sr. Executive- Operations and later as a Manager-Operations. Keshav was responsible for onboarding new accounts, coordinating with multiple departments, optimizing onboarding processes, and reducing the onboarding time.

In 2021, Keshav joined PharmEasy as a Manager-Operations and was later promoted to Senior Manager-Operations. Keshav had ownership of all business operations and complete operations for Delhi-NCR, handling a team of 100+ employees and being responsible for various verticals like Inclinic Dispensary, Virtual Pharmacy, and Virtual Diagnostics.

Most recently, in 2022, Keshav joined Farmako (YC S20) as the Associate Head Of Operations, where they are currently employed. No end date is provided for this role.

Keshav Yadav completed their education in a chronological order. In 2011-2012, they attended Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) and obtained a high school degree, with a focus on all subjects. From 2013 to 2014, they continued their education at JNV and earned an Intermediate degree, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University from 2014 to 2018. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Operations from the same university from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Keshav Yadav also obtained several certifications. In May 2017, they received the Google Digital Marketing Certificate from Google. In the same year, they also completed certifications in HTML5 & CSS3, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Powerpoint 2013 Specialist from Udemy. In April 2018, they obtained the Certified Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification from Microsoft, along with certifications in Adwords Fundamentals, Google AdWords Mobile, Google Adwords Search, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google. Finally, in May 2022, they completed the Analyze Data to Answer Questions certification from Coursera.
