Mariana Taype

Mariana Taype is currently serving as an Asistente de Recursos Humanos at Farmakonsuma since August 2025. Prior to this role, Mariana gained significant experience at SURGIR - Santander Microfinanzas, where positions included Practicante Pro de Gestión Humana, focusing on vacation management, payroll settlements, and process automation, and Practicante Pre de Gestión Humana, managing the full recruitment process and developing dashboards with Power BI. Additionally, experience includes support in climate and culture at Soluciones M4G and a recruitment internship at Total Talent Human Resources. Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Psychology and Human Management from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal, expected to be completed in December 2024.
