In parallel, Bartosz serves as Front-end Technical Lead and Developer at FarmaProm, focusing on JavaScript applications and user experience. Previously, as Head Developer at Łobzowska Studio, Bartosz managed a development team, estimated project scopes, and provided technical guidance. Earlier roles included Software Engineer at Grape Up®, Full Stack Web Developer at Growth Republic Ltd, and various positions involving web design and development dating back to 2000 as a freelancer.
