Michal Terlicki

Michal Terlicki has over eight years of experience in customer service and technical support roles, currently serving as a Mobile Application Tester and Senior Customer Service Specialist at FarmaProm since April 2015. Prior to this position, Michal worked as a Technical Consultant at Orange from May 2013 to April 2015, providing extensive telephone support for a variety of services and hardware configurations. Michal holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Politechnika Częstochowska, obtained between 2006 and 2011.
