Omar Jose Perez Tacare is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT operations and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology Operations at Farmatodo since November 2022, Omar oversees 24/7 IT operations across multiple countries, focusing on building resilient infrastructure and enhancing cybersecurity. Previously, Omar held key roles such as Fractional CTO at TRIBU Tech Latam and VP of Engineering at asistensi, where strategic transformation to a Cloud-Native Platform was prioritized. Additionally, Omar has served as Chief Technology Officer at Grupo Venemergencia, implementing e-health solutions and cloud infrastructure, and has a robust background in software engineering, including freelance projects that supported large-scale e-health platforms.
