Ryan Bergman has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Ryan started their career in 1992 as a Field Development Assistant at Zeneca Agricultural Products, where they worked until 1994. Ryan then joined Ingersoll-Dresser Pump Company (Flowserve) as a Product Engineer, responsible for designing and developing chemical dispensing systems. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Product Manager at Flowserve, where they were responsible for product design, cost, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing. Ryan was also involved in ensuring product quality and implementing proper controls. In 2000, they were promoted to the role of Engineering Manager, where they led and managed a team of engineers, technicians, and tool & die makers, supporting core product families and new product development. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Facility Manager/Product Development Manager at Flowserve. Since 2011, they have been working at Farmchem as the Division Vice President.

Ryan Bergman attended Purdue University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Systems Management.
