Hafiz Nadeem Arif has been working in the field since 2016. In 2016, they completed an internship at Pesticide Quality Control Lab ARRI Faisalabad. In 2017, they were selected from over 3000 applicants to participate in a 3-month Fellowship at Amal Academy funded by Stanford University, where they invested 150 hours to develop business skills. From 2019 to the present, they have been working as an Agronomist at the Centre for Water Informatics & Technology (WIT), LUMS. In 2022, they began working as a Field Operations Manager at Farmdar, where their duties include the management of field teams, collection, handling and transformation of field survey data, and coordination with AI and GIS teams to design and roll out digital products and services within the agriculture value chain.
Hafiz Nadeem Arif's education history includes a Master's degree in Soil Sciences from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad from 2016 to 2018, a BSc in Agri Sciences from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad from 2012 to 2016, FSC from Kips College Lahore from 2010 to 2012, and Matric from Suffa Eductional Complex Okara from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Coursera in 2021 and 2020, as well as a Good Hygiene Practices on Processing certification from the Establishment of Model Farms Project in 2021.
