Liz Metz Fuchs

Liz Metz Fuchs has worked in the Human Resources field for over a decade. Liz began their career in 2007 as an Analyst & Technical Recruiter at Oberon Associates. In 2008, they moved to MITRE as an Analyst and Operations Lead, Lead HR Business Partner, and Senior Recruiter. In 2015, Liz joined Lockheed Martin as a Senior HR Business Partner. In 2016, they became the Global Head of Human Resources at the Association for Talent Development (ATD). In 2021, Liz became a Founding Member of Chief and also took on the role of Vice President, Human Resources at Systems & Technology Research. Most recently, Liz was appointed Chief People Officer at Farmer Focus - Shenandoah Valley Organic in 2022.

Liz Metz Fuchs holds a M.P.S. in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a B.A. in German and Political Science from Wake Forest University. Additionally, they obtained a Leading at a Distance certification from LinkedIn in March 2020 and a SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2013.
