Joe Munsell

Joe Munsell is currently the Director, Assistant Controller & Financial Reporting at Farmer Mac. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President, Accounting Policy & SEC Reporting at comScore, Inc. from May 2010 to May 2015. In this role, Joe was responsible for the overall accounting policy function and led the company’s SEC reporting process. Joe also played a key role in comScore’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts.

From May 2008 to May 2010, Joe served as the Senior Manager, Accounting at Online Resources. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting function, including financial reporting, general ledger, and accounts payable/receivable. Joe also led Online Resources’ Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts.

Joe Munsell has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, a Diploma in General Curriculum from Rosary High School, and is certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Virginia Board of Accountancy.

Joe Munsell reports to Aparna Ramesh, EVP & CFO. Joe Munsell works with Bryan Custodio - Assistant Controller, Systems & Operations, Evan Thayer - VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Gregory Ramsey - VP & Controller.
