Josh Smith

Josh Smith has accumulated diverse experience in the banking and religious sectors. Currently, Josh serves as a Lender and Assistant Vice President/Digital Banking Officer at Farmers Bank and Trust Company since September 2019. Prior to this role, Josh worked at First State Bank from March 2016 to September 2019, holding positions as Security Officer and in Internet Banking/Operations. Additionally, from May 2015 to March 2018, Josh was the Pastor at Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Beaver Dam. Academically, Josh earned a Master's Degree in Missions, Evangelism, & Church Growth from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication from Murray State University, along with a high school diploma from Muhlenberg North High School.
