Joe Pieratt has a solid work experience in various leadership positions in the IT industry. Joe began their career at Albemarle Corporation, where they worked as a Supervisor in Information Systems from June 1992 to April 1998. Joe then moved to Air Products, serving as the Global Application Services Manager for Manufacturing from April 1998 to November 2000. Following that, they joined Murphy Oil Corporation as the Director of Global IT Operations, responsible for managing all aspects of IT operations and overseeing an annual budget of over $18M. Joe's most recent role is Chief Operations Officer at Farmers Bank and Trust, where they have been since January 2016.
Joe Pieratt attended Southern Arkansas University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management.
