Randy Scott

Randy Scott has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Randy started their career as a Credit Analyst at Mercantile Bank of St. Louis in 1991. Randy then became an Assistant Vice President at Mercantile Bank of Sikeston in 1992. In 1994, they joined Union Planters Bank as a Vice President. In 2000, they joined Farmers Bank & Trust as President and Chief Operating Officer, and later became the President and CEO in 2017.

Randy Scott attended Southeast Missouri State University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. Randy later attended the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado from 1997 to 2000.
