Hector Ortiz

Hector Ortiz has over a decade of experience in utilities management and real estate. Since January 2012, Hector has been working with the City of Farmers Branch handling daily tasks such as replacing and maintaining water and sewer lines, as well as reading and replacing water meters. Additionally, Hector has worked independently in the utilities sector since January 2010. As a Realtor since February 2007, Hector assists first-time and seasoned buyers in navigating real estate transactions, with expertise in REO, BPO, and property management. Previous experience includes an electrical role with the City of Pasadena from August 2007 to August 2009. Educational qualifications include a high school diploma from John Muir High School and a degree in Water Quality and Wastewater Treatment Management from California State University-Sacramento, along with specialized training in electrical engineering.
