In these positions, Jeffrey provided comprehensive compensation analytics and managed HR compliance, while also overseeing departmental budget procedures and financial forecasting. Prior to government service, Jeffrey held managerial positions at Texas Pretzels, Inc. and Cinnabon, LFG, focusing on operational oversight, employee development, and cost management in high-volume food service environments.
