Shannon Langford, MS, FSCEO, LP, FP-C, currently serves as the Assistant Chief of Operations for the City of Farmers Branch, overseeing a range of responsibilities including the management of Fire and EMS equipment, policy development, and budget management for a $16 million budget. Previous roles include Deputy Chief of Administrative Services and Battalion Chief of Training & EMS, where Shannon managed training programs, compliance manuals, and COVID-19 initiatives.
