Andrew Weber

Andrew Weber has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an Engineering Manager at Farmer's Business Network, Inc. Since July 2022, they have been working as a Founding Engineering Manager on the Finance Growth team, driving the discoverability of FBN Finance. Andrew will also be taking on the role of Engineering Manager - Finance starting in August 2023.

Prior to this, Andrew co-founded Factor in February 2018 and served as the Co-Founder and Engineering lead until January 2022. Factor specializes in managing transaction infrastructure using AI technology.

Before Factor, Andrew worked as a Lead Product Engineer at ENFOS from August 2016 to July 2018. Andrew also held the same role at NAUTO from September 2015 to August 2016.

In March 2015, Andrew joined FreeWire Technologies, Inc. as a Full Stack Software Engineer. Andrew was FreeWire's first software engineering hire and also the second full-time employee.

Andrew's earlier experience includes working at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as a Scientific Engineering Associate from December 2009 to April 2015. During their time there, they led data collection and analysis efforts for various initiatives and conducted research on energy efficiency and renewables.
