Mollie Evinger has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Mollie began their career in 2008 as an Underwriter at ARMtech Insurance Services Inc., where they ensured accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures. Mollie then moved on to DuPont Pioneer in 2011 as a Crop Insurance Specialist, where they provided expertise on insurance products and analyzed the market. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at International Ag Insurance Solutions, LLC as a Senior Claims Underwriter, adhering to claim protocols and managing the claims process. Following this, they joined John Deere as a Claims Analyst, providing technical support and collaborating with senior management. In 2018, they became a Credit Analyst at Ag Resource Management, supporting borrowers and analyzing financial data for loan approval. Currently, they are employed as a Credit Analyst at Farmer's Business Network, Inc., where they review borrower information, ensures compliance with credit policies, and creates credit packages.

Mollie Evinger completed their Associates of Science degree in Business Administration from Des Moines Area Community College from 2008 to 2010. Mollie then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing, with a minor in Integrated Marketing Communications, from Simpson College, graduating in 2016.
