Alex Oppold

Alex Oppold is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Farmers Insurance since February 2019, Alex previously held significant roles at Roche from July 2003 to January 2019, including National Segment Sales Director for Corporate Accounts, where responsibilities included developing strategic business opportunities with a $60M sales budget and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts with major laboratories and clinical research organizations. Prior experience also includes a role as Regional Manager for Primary Care Diagnostics at BD from July 1993 to April 2003, managing a sales plan totaling $27M. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Indianapolis and an MBA from UCLA.
