Brian Hicks

Brian Hicks has extensive experience in facilities management and sustainability, having held significant roles at Farmers Insurance from February 2018 to March 2024, including Environmental Performance & Sustainability Manager, East Zone Facilities Manager, and Campus Facility Manager. Prior to this, Brian founded Graham Street Partners, LLC, where responsibilities included the management and redevelopment of residential and commercial properties in Pittsburgh, PA, focusing on financing, construction, tenant relations, and operations. Additionally, Brian served as General Manager at Walnut Capital Management, Inc. from February 2011 to June 2017, overseeing multiple office and retail buildings and managing various operational aspects, including vendor contracts and tenant improvements. Earlier experience includes a role as Facilities Manager at JLL from April 2007 to February 2011. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business.
