Doug Birkitt

Doug Birkitt is an experienced sales and operations leader with over 23 years in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Sales Director at Farmers Insurance since November 2022, Doug previously held the role of Vice President of Operations at MedRisk, where responsibilities included strategic direction and operational execution of customer care services. Prior roles at MetLife encompassed various assistant vice president positions, driving optimal customer and agent experiences, managing large teams, and leading new customer acquisition efforts. Doug’s career highlights also include significant contributions to policyholder services and operational strategies, alongside a demonstrated ability to attract and retain high-performance team members.
