Jill Olsson

Jill Olsson serves as the Vice President of IT Digital Growth and Customer Experience at Farmers Insurance, where responsibilities include leading IT teams to enhance customer experiences through marketing technology, online quoting, mobile applications, and contact center operations, with a focus on SAFe Agile transformations. Previous roles at Farmers Insurance include Head of Business Insurance and Brokered Solutions IT and Head of Commercial PMO and IT Operations. Prior to this, Jill held positions at Bank of America as Senior Product Manager, at Balboa Insurance Company as Vice President of Auto Product Management, and as Product Manager at GEICO. Jill holds an MBA in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Virginia.
