Christopher Potrykus

Christopher Potrykus has a diverse background in customer service and banking, currently serving as a New Account Specialist at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach since May 2016. In this role, Christopher is responsible for collecting and reviewing account documents, resolving client issues, meeting sales goals, and cross-selling products. Prior to this position, Christopher was a Customer Service Representative at East West Bank, where responsibilities included building customer relationships and assisting with online issues, as well as training staff. Christopher's experience also includes working as a Personal Electronics Salesman at Best Buy, where problem-solving and customer service were key, and a Public Relations Intern at Ubiquity Broadcasting Corp, focusing on writing press releases and articles. Christopher holds a B.A. in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
