Dan Biedscheid

Dan Biedscheid has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Dan currently holds the position of Vice President Operations Manager at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bank of America as an AVP, Financial Center Manager from August 2019 to September 2022.

Before joining Bank of America, Dan worked at Umpqua Bank as a Store Manager from September 2012 to August 2019, where they were responsible for managing all retail and small business banking activities. Dan had a successful track record in driving branch sales results and implementing strategies for small business, consumer loan, and deposit growth. Dan also played a key role in ensuring bank operational compliance and participated in the development and implementation of new corporate operational policies.

From March 2011 to September 2012, Dan worked at Great Southern Bank as a Banking Center Manager/Small Business Lender. Dan was responsible for the daily operations of the banking center, achieving corporate goals related to consumer and small business deposit and lending, and providing exemplary customer service. Dan also supported other banking centers in the St. Louis Metro area with small business lending and calling programs.

Prior to their role at Great Southern Bank, Dan worked at Commerce Bank, NA as a Vice President, Branch Manager from May 2006 to August 2010. Dan'sresponsibilities included personal calls to small business clients, managing sales and operations of the retail banking center, and generating relationships and additional business by referring to other lines of business.

Dan also held the position of Vice President, Branch Manager at National City from February 2002 to May 2006. Dan was responsible for the sales and operations of the retail banking center, and their center was recognized as the top-performing banking center in retail banking and small business banking. Dan was nominated for the National City Excel Award for excellence in sales in 2005.

Additionally, Dan worked at Allegiant Bank as a Branch Manager from 2002 to 2006, Union Planters Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Business Banking from February 2000 to February 2002, and Magna Bank/Union Planters Bank as an Assistant Manager/Assistant Vice President, Center Manager from February 1998 to February 2000. During their time at Magna Bank/Union Planters Bank, they were a top producer in the market for fixed annuity sales from 1998 to 1999.

Dan Biedscheid attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1986 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business.
