Starting in 1999, Jared worked as a Checker at Raleys until 2003. Jared G. then joined Farmers & Merchants Bank of Central California in 2006 and worked as a Marketing Special Projects staff before moving to Wells Fargo as a Business Deposit Consultant from 2006 to 2009.

Returning to Farmers & Merchants Bank in 2009, Jared took on the role of Vice President Relationship Management until 2016. The following year, in 2011, they continued their education in Commercial Lending through the same institution. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2019, Jared attended the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, where they obtained a degree in Community Banking. The program provided him with a comprehensive understanding of Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
