Dawn Bauer

Dawn Bauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data architecture and software development, currently serving as a Data Architect II at Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance since October 2006. In this role, Dawn researches business objectives and data requirements, analyzes, and designs data models that emphasize data integrity and efficiency. Previously, as a Software Developer III, Dawn successfully managed ETL processes for the acquisition of John Deere Crop Insurance within a tight deadline.
