Michael Matuszak

Michael Matuszak currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Farmers National Bank of Canfield since December 2022. Prior to this role, Matuszak held various leadership positions at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, including Vice President of Cloud Services and Chief Information Security Officer from August 2016 to December 2022, and at First Niagara Bank as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, where responsibilities included leading a major Technology Transformation Program. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Leadership Partner at Gartner and Vice President of Enterprise Computing Services at PNC Financial Services Group. Matuszak holds both a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Change and a Bachelor's degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Bowling Green State University.
