Lara Hardcastle has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lara started their career in 1993 at The Cheesecake Factory as a Management Training and Development Coordinator. Lara then worked at Eatzi's Market and Bakery from 1997 to 2006, holding various positions such as Opening Units Coordinator and Facilities Manager. In 2006, they joined Farmers Restaurant Group and VSAG, where they served as Director of Systems Implementation, Vice President, and finally, Senior Vice President. Their responsibilities included overseeing business processes, managing resources, and implementing ERP systems.
Lara Hardcastle pursued their education from 1988 to 1992 at New York University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Journalism and a concentration in photojournalism. Lara also completed a minor in Sociology during their time at the university. Additionally, in June 2009, Lara obtained a certification as a LEED Accredited Professional from the Green Building Certification Institute.
