Darlene Nowak-Baker

Darlene Nowak-Baker is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Old Second National Bank since August 2021, Darlene previously held the same title at TCF Bank from August 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, Darlene worked as Managing Director at Talmer Bank and Trust from January 2013 to August 2021. Darlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Central Michigan University, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
