Shabnam Jafari

Shabnam Jafari is an experienced project manager currently with Founding Farmers Restaurant Group since September 2024, where responsibilities include developing cross-functional project management frameworks and creating comprehensive reporting systems for new restaurant locations. From March 2017 to August 2024, Shabnam served as Director of the Education Center at the Middle East Institute, successfully leading a team of over 60 professionals and achieving accreditation for the Language Program, resulting in significant revenue growth. Previous roles include marketing and communications positions at the American Pharmacists Association and Media Reps, as well as founding Social Shaby, where marketing consulting services were provided. Early career experience includes impactful roles in political strategy and technology internships, building a foundation in communications and outreach. Shabnam holds a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from the University of North Texas and is currently pursuing a law degree at Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
