Arnold Icasiano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Arnold began their career at Massachusetts College of Art and Design as an Associate Director of Admissions, where they built relationships with students and families, counseled students on the application process, and received an award for their photography. Arnold then moved on to California College of the Arts, where they held roles as the Associate Director and later as the Director of Undergraduate Admissions. In these positions, Arnold managed customer engagement, trained teams on customer service management, and utilized a CRM platform to maintain customer relationships.
Arnold then transitioned to Dandelion Chocolate, where they held multiple roles. As the Assistant General Manager before the pandemic, they gained experience in managing operations and overseeing staff. During the pandemic, they adapted to the changing circumstances and moved to the Fulfillment Department as an Assistant Fulfillment Manager. In this role, Arnold successfully executed holiday plans, coordinated a team of 15 members, and played a crucial role in processing and shipping a high volume of online orders.
Most recently, Arnold joined Farming Hope as an Events Program Manager, where they utilize their skills in event planning and management. Overall, Arnold's work experience demonstrates their adaptability, strong leadership skills, and ability to effectively engage with customers and teams.
Arnold Icasiano began their education in 1989 at the University of West Florida, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts, with a focus on Radio, TV, and Film. Arnold completed this degree in 1994.
Afterward, Arnold continued their education at the same institution, completing another Bachelor of Arts degree, this time in Studio Art, from 1994 to 1996.
Arnold then decided to further enhance their skills and knowledge in Visual Studies, and they joined the State University of New York at Brockport in 1998. Arnold successfully concluded their education there in 2001, earning a Master of Fine Arts degree in Visual Studies.
