Díana Palmera

Díana Palmera has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Recruiting Manager at Farmland Fresh Dairies, LLC since October 2015. In this role, Díana implemented an online applicant tracking system and revamped the employee onboarding process to enhance retention. Prior to this, Díana worked at GCA Services Group as HR/Office Manager, where an updated HRIS was established for accurate reporting, and standard operating procedures were created for payroll compliance. As an HR Generalist at Bartlett Dairy, Inc., Díana contributed to payroll processing and developed a driver pre-qualification system. Díana began the career as Office Manager at Andina Wholesale Corp., successfully fostering customer loyalty and earning recognition for performance. Díana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College, along with further qualifications in Human Resources and Bilingual Education.
