Sophie Padel

Sophie Padel has a diverse work experience in finance and management roles. Sophie started their career as an Analyst at Frontier Economics in 2012. Sophie then joined PwC as a Management Consultant, where they gained experience in various aspects of business including finance, strategy, and project management. Sophie also worked as a Data Analyst for Doctors of the World UK and as a Finance Officer at Limehouse Project Ltd, where they focused on financial processes, reporting, and budgeting. Sophie then took on the role of Finance Manager and Operations Manager at Our Time, a charity organization, where they set up the finance function, managed budgets, and coordinated project and finance management. Sophie also served as a Financial Accountant at Wefarm and a Management Accountant at Isosceles Finance before joining FarmLend as an Accountant in 2023.

Sophie Padel attended the University of Birmingham from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Economics with French. Additionally, they studied Economics at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2009 to 2010.
