Meha Teotia

Meha Teotia has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Meha began their career in 2011 as an AM - HR at PNG Transformers Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for leading employee engagement initiatives, assessing training needs, and leading the HR team in implementing the training calendar. In 2014, they moved to Titan Biotech Ltd. as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for overall planning for corporate/plant HR activities, recruitment and staffing. In 2016, they moved to AAJ Enterprises as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for payroll processing, talent acquisition, and handling employee grievances. In 2021, they returned to Titan Biotech Ltd. as HR Head. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as Vice President Human Resource at Farmley.

Meha Teotia's education history includes a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University in Jaipur from 2008 to 2010, a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Physics Chemistry Mathematics from Hindu College from 2004 to 2007, and a 12th in Science from Methodist Girls Inter College in Moradabad from 2000 to 2004.
