Sakthi Priya Margabandu has over a decade of experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Human Resource Management at Mizuho Global Services since August 2013, where responsibilities include leading HR strategies, talent acquisition, and payroll management. Prior roles at Mizuho include Vice President and Head of Project Management, overseeing project execution and leading cross-functional teams, and Assistant Vice President, focusing on talent pipeline development and executive candidate assessment.
