Francisco Javier Castillo Sanz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Francisco Javier started their career in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant at Universidad de Alcalá and later became a PA and Assistant Professor, where they coordinated lessons, published articles, and participated in national and international congresses. Francisco Javier then became the Erasmus Office Team Manager, leading a team of five people and providing support to participants.

In 2014, Francisco joined Geocisa UK as an Assistant Surveyor Engineering, responsible for installing and monitoring equipment for the Crossrail C305 project. Francisco Javier obtained the required accreditations to access London Underground assets and passed various training courses.

Following this, they worked at Stuart Callaghan Surveyors Ltd as a Surveyor Monitoring Engineering, where they installed and read monitoring equipment for National Rail, reporting settlements and performing scanner 3D works.

In 2016, they joined KIKO MILANO as a Quality Control & Stockroom Manager, ensuring the quality of products and managing stockroom operations. Francisco Javier then moved to WeSwap.com as a Customer Support Agent, supporting customers across multiple European countries.

In 2017, Francisco joined Pret A Manger as a Team Member/Hot Chef, and later became a Kitchen Team Leader, overseeing kitchen operations. Finally, they joined Farmstand, starting as an Assistant Manager and later becoming the General Manager.

Francisco Javier Castillo Sanz has an extensive education history. In 2001, they obtained a Licentiate degree in History from the Universidad de Alcalá. Francisco Javier continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology in 2010. Additionally, in 2006, Francisco completed a Curso de Adaptación Pedagógica (CAP) in Secondary Education and Teaching at Universidad de Alcalá.

Francisco further pursued their academic interests and obtained a Ph.D. in History from the Universidad de Alcalá from 2010 to 2016. Their research focused on Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology.

Alongside their academic pursuits, Francisco pursued certifications in the field of health and fitness. In 2016, they completed the L2 Gym Instructor and L3 Personal Trainer certifications from Premier Training International.

In 2018, Francisco embarked on a different career path in the field of Hospitality Administration/Management. Francisco Javier obtained an iCQ Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership (RQF) from Ofqual.

Francisco's dedication to professional development is evident from their additional certifications. Francisco Javier obtained the L2 Gym Instructor and L3 Personal Trainer certifications from Premier Global in February 2016. Francisco Javier also received various certifications related to safety and transportation, including a PASMA Certificate from TOP HEIGHT TRAINING LTD in June 2014, a CSCS HS&E certification from the CSCS Scheme in February 2014, a PTS AC-DCCR certification from Network Rail in April 2015, a LUCAS CARD certification from Transport for London in September 2014, and a SERCO DLR certification from Serco in May 2014.
