Joseph Pierce, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Farnham Family Services since September 2024. Previously, Joseph held the position of Director of Recruitment at ProValidus Medical Staffing from February 2023 to September 2024, where a focus on acquiring top talent propelled organizational revenue. Earlier experience includes roles at National Express LLC, such as Recruitment Project Manager and Operations Manager, where Joseph contributed to recruitment initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic and managed depot functions. Other notable positions include Investigative Assistant at the Onondaga County District Attorneys Office and technology-related roles at the State University of New York College at Cortland. Joseph holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from SUNY Cortland, complemented by a study abroad program at Leiden University.

The mission of Farnham, Inc. is to reduce and eliminate the abuse of alcohol and other drugs in Oswego County through the provision of treatment services, education, and intervention strategies, as well as networking with appropriate community agencies and providers of addiction related services.
