Martin Boulton

Martin Boulton has over two decades of experience in the field of metrology and engineering applications, currently serving as the Field Applications Engineer Manager for EMEA at FARO Technologies since May 2013. In this role, Martin oversees the strategic development of 28 Field Application Engineers, ensuring effective technical support in the 3D Manufacturing, Architecture, Engineering & Construction, and Public Safety and Analytics markets. Prior to this, Martin held various positions at FARO, including Senior Field Applications Engineer and Account Manager, where responsibilities included conducting hardware and software demonstrations and managing customer relationships. Martin's earlier experience includes significant roles at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd., focusing on design support, quality engineering, and programming for advanced manufacturing processes. Martin holds educational credentials from Gloucestershire College of Arts and Technology and Cirencester Deer Park School.
