Liam McKane Mrics

Liam McKane MRICS is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in construction and project management. Since May 2015, Liam has worked at Farrans Construction, overseeing project cash position reporting, forecasting, and contract administration. Previously, Liam served as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Transport for London, contributing to significant urban regeneration and infrastructure projects. Prior roles include Assistant Cost Manager at Tesco Stores Ltd, where responsibilities included capital expenditure management and stakeholder engagement, and Administrative Assistant within the Northern Ireland Civil Service, focusing on public service quality. Early in Liam's career, bricklaying experience was gained through self-employment, specializing in residential construction. Liam holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from Ulster University and achieved MRICS designation in 2018.
