Gemma Thomas

Gemma Thomas is currently the People Operations Manager at Farrat. Prior to this, Gemma worked at The Trafford College Group as a Human Resources Officer and Interim HRBP. Gemma also has experience as a Triage Coordinator at The Growth Company, providing employment law advice in response to the pandemic. With a background in HR roles at Rullion and The Cash Store, Gemma has a strong foundation in HR functions and employee relations. Gemma holds a Level 3 Certificate in Personnel Practice from Trafford College.
