Stephen Melore

Stephen Melore is a shareholder at Farrell Fritz, P.C., where since July 1992, representation includes businesses, lenders, and investors in various transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and recapitalizations. Melore also assists owners of closely held businesses with formation documents, partner buyouts, and contract drafting and review. Prior to this role, Melore worked as an associate at Rogers and Wells from September 1987 to May 1992. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, earned between 1984 and 1987, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, from SUNY Geneseo, completed between 1981 and 1984.
