Previously, Dianna held multiple positions within the Zimpleman College of Business at Drake University from December 2012 to October 2022, including Director of Graduate Admission & Engagement, where oversight of campus recruiting and admission processes for various graduate programs was key. Other roles included Manager of Marketing & Engagement and Outreach Coordinator, focusing on student recruitment and admission advising. Prior experience includes serving as Admissions Advisor/Regional Recruiter at Upper Iowa University from January 2006 to December 2012. Dianna holds a Ph.D. in Education from Drake University, a master's degree in Educational Psychology from Capella University, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Augustana University.
