Oliver Beard

Oliver Beard has held various engineering roles at ExxonMobil and Cummins Inc. Oliver has experience in safety engineering, subsurface engineering, and machinery engineering. Currently, Oliver is the co-owner of FXB Columbus, where Oliver oversees daily operations, accounting, and manages a team of coaches, instructors, and desk workers. At Cummins Inc., Oliver serves as the CORP - Engineering Efficiency Project Manager, leading efforts to improve engineering efficiency through technical product development and data analytics initiatives.
