Thulani Xhali

Thulani Xhali has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Thulani is currently working at Nedbank as the Head of Employee Support Programmes since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Cluster General Manager at Mercure Hotels from September 2019 to June 2021. Thulani also worked as the Director of Learning Companies - Hospitality at NHL Stenden from January 2016 to August 2019. Thulani has held positions such as Operations Manager at The George Lagos in 2015, General Manager at My Pond Hotel from August 2011 to November 2015, and Food and Beverage Manager at No. 5 by Mantis from June 2009 to August 2011.

Thulani Xhali completed high school at Dale College from 1994 to 2005. Thulani then went on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Hospitality Management from Stenden University from 2006 to 2009. Their education continued at the University of Derby, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in International Hospitality and Services from 2016 to 2018.
