Amita Rao, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at FarWell since June 2019, Amita also holds the position of Principal Consultant at Citra Consulting International, LLC, a role maintained since July 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific and as a Principal Consultant at Citra Consulting International from 2013 to 2017. Additional roles include R&D Project Manager at Virent, Inc., Project Manager at Waukesha Bearings Corporation, and National Coordinator for Outreach at BAPS/BAPS Charities. Amita has also contributed as a Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin and held various positions at The Dow Chemical Company for over six years. Amita's academic background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
