Rachel Breitbach PMP, PSM I, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Practice Lead and Senior Advisor at FarWell since March 2017, Rachel specializes in planning and implementing large-scale change initiatives tailored to clients' organizational needs. Prior to this, Rachel held multiple senior leadership roles at QBE Insurance from June 2010 to February 2017, including VP of Change Management, where a comprehensive change management strategy was developed to enhance employee adoption and minimize resistance. Rachel's earlier experience at CUNA Mutual Group and Tetra Tech includes various managerial and HR roles, underscoring a strong foundation in human resources and project management. Rachel earned a BS in Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA from Azusa Pacific University.
