Frank Overton

Frank Overton is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of FasCat Coaching. With a background as a former professional level bike racer and molecular biologist, Frank has a strong foundation in both sports and science. Frank also served as the Head Coach for the CU Cycling Team at the University of Colorado Boulder, leading the road team to two back-to-back 2nd place finishes at Collegiate Nationals in 2012 and 2013. In addition, Frank has experience as the US National Women's Team Assistant Sport Director at USA Cycling and as a Senior Research Associate at Martek Biosciences. Frank holds a B.S. in Biology from Hampden-Sydney College, an MS in Physiology from North Carolina State University, and attended Baylor School for their secondary education.
