Kelly Smales

Kelly Smales is an experienced professional in coaching and training, currently serving as FCA Training Director, FCA Program Director, and FCA Community Director at Fascinate Inc. since July 2021, while also being the Founder & Coach at Core Seven Coaching. With a rich background as an internationally credentialed coach from September 2012 to July 2021 and a decade of experience working with OHL hockey players, Kelly has addressed the complexities of communication between coaches and players. Previous roles include Billet Coordinator for Guelph Storm Junior Hockey Club, where responsibilities included facilitating off-ice experiences for players and mediating between various parties. Furthermore, Kelly has entrepreneurial experience, having founded Pipette Pro Inc. and served as CEO, where innovative services were established in the Canadian market, culminating in a successful sale to Carmichael Engineering. Additional expertise includes a role as Pipette Calibration Specialist and ISO 17025 Auditor at Mandel Scientific Inc. from 1990 to 1998.
