Crystal Larson is an experienced retail and merchandising professional currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Fashion Angels since June 2023, after holding the role of Senior Director of Creative Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Merchandise Concessions at Claire's, where Crystal managed a team overseeing assortments and inventory for a vast network of over 14,000 retail locations across North America and Europe. As VP of Merchandising & Design for Belts & Furnishings at Randa Accessories, Crystal successfully navigated complex business decisions across a diverse range of brands and retailers. Crystal's extensive career at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. spanned 18 years, during which multiple leadership roles were held, including VP/DMM of Product Development, where achievements encompassed directing merchandise for 12 brands across various categories. Crystal Larson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Robert E Cook Honor's College at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
